Hence why people think it's an urban legend. It comes up with every baby name discussion and it's always "I know someone who knows someone."

My friend had a student named Margarita. I guess she was named after the drink that lead to her conception . . .
"Here's little Margarita, and Pina Colada, and Captain Morgan!"

Yeah, I had heard about these two long before the Internet. I wonder if they know they're so famous!?
Zabasearch, which searches most public records, found 0 Oranjello matches and some matches for people with the last name Lemonjello, but no first names. Hmm...

Is your aunt in Birmingham, Ala? I have a friend who used to be a lab tech who swears those names came through her department as newborns.

Names of students I or teacher friends have had in the past.
2 brothers names Jail (pronounced Ja-eel) and Prison (pronounced Pe-ree-son). I used to laugh when the mom would get uptight over everyone mispronouncing their names. She was a flaming idiot.
Dijonnaise (like the mustard), her brother Dijon, and little sister Dojonaise. The parents were idiots.
My personal favorite, Jack Inoff. No joke. He used to be a student my mother-in-law taught over 20 years ago. The guy is probably in some serious therapy now because his parents gave him that effed up name.
I also went to junior high school with a girl named LaCola. The problem is that in Spanish, this means "the ass" so she was mocked horrendously.

My father's friend (whom we haven't spoken to in years) has the last name Bonaparte. His wife became pregnant and they found out a son would be born. As a joke - my father is an extremely sarcastic man - told Mr. Bonaparte to name his new boy Napoleon. He did!

My boss has a friend who's last name is Walker. They are 30ish. Can you guess what his son Luke's middle name is?
I've met Steven King and Harry Potter, but they were born before the hits, so I don't think it really counts.

Forest Branch was an Alpha Phi Alpha at my University. He was also in ROTC and was possibly in student government too. He was a very well known figure on campus. I heard his name was a family name, so there were many other Forest's in the Branch family.
Good guy.

I kind of wondered if someone would look him up! Yes, he was long before Mr. Gump! He was so highly respected on campus, I don't think anybody ever gave HIM a hard time.

A baby was born around the same time as my nephew. She was named Million Dreamz. I've also known a Rocky Shore, Dick Main and Tom Thompson. A former sister's last name was Hand. Guess what her nickname came to be.
