My heart goes out to that little baby.

I didn't realize the marriage wasn't legal. Hm...even more complicated.

Just turned on CNN and saw the coverage. My money's on Howard K. Stern as well. It wouldn't surprise me if he's the mastermind behind both Daniel's and TWANS' death, with the ultimate goal of managing Dannielynn's inheritance. I highly doubt that he's the father, either. The more I read about the Daniel theory (ditto on gross!) the more I wonder, but Birkhead has been pretty vocal that he's the father.

Guardianship probably depends on the will, if there was one. My heart aches for Dannielynn though, because one day she will grow up and read all of this madness about her birth and parentage. It's a crying shame all around.

Of course, I'm cynical enough to wonder if she's really dead or if it's an elaborate hoax. I'm also cynical enough to wonder if the courts can force the paternity test now that TWANS is dead and there's no proof about Dannielynn's paternity other than "she said, he said".

E! channel is doing a special on Anna Nicole tonight at 10 and 11:30 eastern. Larry King is spending his whole show on her tonight. It is wierd how fast these networks move.

All these conspiracy theories and legal "what-ifs" are making my head spin.

Time to change the channel.

I didn't get to watch the TV during this, so I was tied to the Internets. I wish we had E! at home.

Several sites suggested the Daniel as babydaddy rumor too. This would explain all the cautiousness surrounding the paternity test. It's too gross to really think about in much detail.

I think it was an unintentional overdose OR assisted suicide with the help of her nurse (who was there too) and Howard K. Stern (who is slimy, much like the other Howard Stern).

This is so crazy I can't even stand it.

I think this is a really really sad situation.

She was so young to die and just had a baby.

I don't really think she'd be that selfish to commit suicide after having a baby.

There's been so much craziness though over the baby's father and all kinds of stuff.

I actually just heard of the TrimSpa lawsuit this morning on my way to work. I think it's the dumbest thing ever. (Maybe the reason you're not losing weight is not just because of TrimSpa, but because you don't put the Krispy Kremes down.....)

i hadn't heard this until just now. the thing that i thought was weird was in one of the articles it listed a timeline....1:38 private nurse calls desk to request 911...1:45 body guard starts cpr. it seems so odd that the nurse didn't start cpr. umm, anyone who takes a cpr class knows that with an adult, you call 911, then start cpr immediately. it will be interesting to see what comes out in the next few days.

wow.. that is pretty crazy... doesn't make sense that the nurse didn't try CPR.

unless of course the nurse did try cpr, but it just wasn't reported.

i feel really bad for the baby. i heard on the radio this morning, ironically, that anna nicole had to legally release the results of the paternity test... and then a few hours later i heard about this.

i hope, for the baby's sake, that this was accidental!

Just wanted to say that I think there are many reasons why people would not want a paternity test made public. For one, it's really no one's business except the immediate parties involved. Secondly, paternity tests (and the samples used in them) reveal all kinds of dna/genetic info, and I certainly wouldn't want my dna being examined by just any lab or research person who may be on the take thanks to the media.

Did anyone catch Larry King last night? What a freakfest, especially when Chyna (a train wreck in her own right) and the wife of the Trimspa CEO got into it.

Don't be too quick to judge. She may not have been in full cardiac arrest at the time the nurse called for 911. She may have been unconscious but breathing and with a pulse. She probably lapsed into cardiac arrest later on which was why there was a gap between the call and the start of CPR. Or it's all one big conspiracy theory and the nurse was in on it, helping Anna Nicole to die.
Personally I think it was post-partem depression and the death of her son that led her to this. It can't have been easy.
