Good thinking! And I know there are a lot of Hawaiians up there in the Pacific Northwest!
Cute FYI: If you go to Keanu Reeves' boyhood home in Kuli`ou`ou Valley here, there are boys named Keanu of all ages running around! Keanu's a family name for the Reeves, Smith, La`anui, and Correia families -- and they all still lives on those acres of land in the valley!

So sorry that I am late to offer my congrats! (We've been between here and California moving FIL up.)
Sounds wonderful!! I had a 9# baby too--my Connor!
I hope that now since you are close to 1 month old he is on somewhat of a schedule and you are getting back to normal. Not that life is normal after having a baby ever again!
Way to go! Welcome Keanu.
Ok, I read further...WELCOME ALEXANDER KEANU.

How about
Andrew, Sean, Clayton, Alexander, Shane??? pick or mix for middles as well--but be sure, we thought our third baby was a definite boy due to the major hits and kicks...went to hospital with nothing but incredible male names....two weeks later, still trying for a girl name--our baby went home "Baby Girl" --and we worked on those names for months!! Congratulations--the technology for babies is so amazing --starting with diapers that practically never spring any leaks all the way to the genius toys he will enjoy before he starts law school at about five....that is how fast they are pushing the brains nowadays!!

Thank you all.
Alex is doing great, eating and sleeping like a champ and fits in just fine here.
We're finally getting a routine down and are looking forward to the next 2 weeks of vacation :-)
Just got our power back here in Tacoma so we're going to go do the stuff we need to do now :-)
