I use their eyeshadows (along with Nars) and occasionally Studiofix because it's in my emergency car makeup bag. I do NOT like their foundations/concealers/face products. I think it's just too heavy on my face....this is why the studiofix is in my emergency makeup bag and not in my everyday bag. However, I love the clear Lipglass and the Paints. Paints are a great eyeshadow base if you have a problem with creasing during the day. The brushes are also fantastic. Hope this helps!

I like their eyeshadows and lipglass as well. I have their studio fix foundation, but am on the fence about it. Supposedly, it's one of the worst to use if you have acne-prone skin because it contains a lot of pore-clogging ingredients.

I just ordered the BE kit from Sephora! Yay for new makeup (and free samples. I loooove free samples).

Brillant Brunette shampoo and conditioner KILLED my hair. I ended up cutting about 6 inches off my already short bob to get rid off all the damage.

I have to agree about Clinque lipgloss. It's super sticky (I love Juicy Tubes, though) and not nearly as sheer as they claim. I'm also not crazy about their eyeshadow, which creases really badly.

New product I love-The Almay eyeshadow kits for specific eye colors. The lavendar in the brown eye kit is fab.

Victoria's Secret Lip Gloss: they give you really good shine but I got one, and it smells exactly like Robitussin. It is disgusting!

.
Yes yes yes!!!!!!! A makeup artist I know told me that she has a lot of clients who think they have bad skin but all (coincidentally) have been using MAC foundation/concealer/powder products. It's actually true for me too. I've alway had pretty good skin without makeup but for going out and stuff I like to make it perfect but when I started using MAC then all of a sudden I was using it every day. I switched to the Chanel line and I love it and my skin is bakc ot how it used to be!!! I highly recommend it.

I love my Clinique products...I was really lucky because I went through years of trying different things, and this has worked really well.

Except for the lip gloss...too sticky.

Anothe product--OPI nail polish for me. For what is supposed to be a great polish doesn't do jack. It always peels off my nails...did it one day after a manicure!!!! Asked the nail tech..she said it could be the oil in my nails. I was like..okay.

Since that episode, I tend to go polish free now.

OMG YES.

Granted, I am lazy and don't put a topcoat on but I don't with Revlon polish either and that stays good for a whole week - the OPI and/or Nicole starts looking like crap and just wearing off after a day & 1/2.

I can't imagine if I would have paid for a professional manicure and that happened - I would have been raging.

I use their foundation, it works but it makes my skin dry. I also use their mascara which gets clumpy. I have tried their lipglass...its aiight. So I'm not terribly impressed.

YES!!!! And too top it off, that garbage stung my eyes something FIERCE!!! BOOO!

MAC - I don't like it. I think the foundations/powder are thick and cakey. Their lip glass is ok. Never used their shadows/blush. Eyeliner SUCKS because it smears and runs like crazy.

I actually do like Lancome's Juicy Tubes because it’s the first lip gloss and doesn't leave my lips GLOSSY and it actually has staying power - but kddani is right - it is thick/gloppy though.

I also think Paul Mitchell hair products suck too. Store brands work better than his stuff.

Oh yeah Victoria Secret's mascara sucks too. I got a coupon for a free full size tube and tried it - I was not impressed, I've had drug store brands that performed better (and were cheaper).

I hate to say thiss (because she is my girl) but Jessica Simpon's Desserts line of lip gloss sucks too. THey taaste good and all, but after you put it on, its disappears in like 10 minutes. I expect more from a $12 tube of gloss.

This is for oily hair, yes?

Essie nailpolish always streaks on me. I don't see what all the fuss is about, even the famous "Ballet Slippers".

I like Brilliant Brunette, however, after my current supply is gone, I'm going to be switching to something else. I find that I have to switch my shampoos every so often or I start getting build up.

I dated a guy once who's mom had been a stylist and so she gave me free Biolage shampoo and conditioner. I like that stuff, but normally I'm too cheap to buy it.

One shampoo brand that I don't like is anything Pantene. In high school it turned my hair orange. Not attractive at all.

Actually, my hair is color treated (with Revlon ColorSilk - I love Revlon but stay away from this stuff) and probably oily to normal when it isn't color treated which hasn't been since, like, 1986.
