We had a 6-4-2 elimination process, so it was pretty straightforward) I can't even imagine rushing all 37 (or however many there are) sororities at once!
Anyone with experience in this care to enlighten me??

Yep, this is pretty much it!
We have 3 different councils that sororities belong to here, PHC (which is all the NPC plus 5 others), United Greek Council, and Black Greek Council. 19 of the 20 NPC chapters participate in formal recruitment. The other one does strictly informal. As for the 5 others in PHC, their recruitment events are also similar to informal recruitment.
I can't speak for the chapters in UGC or BGC, because I am unfamiliar with how they work, but I believe that they do the standard recruitment/intake process according to their organzation.
As far as the question on rushing, yes it is 19-13-7-3. However, the first round, our Open House round is split up into two days. 9 events on Friday, and 10 events on Saturday. Sunday, the first day of invites, is a long one because its 13 events in one day. Tomorrow starts our 2nd round of invites, which PNMs can visit up to 7 chapters. Saturday is our preference round, and PNMs go back to a maximum of 3 chapters.
