You may also want to look at the sorority itself and its history and what it stands for. Ask yourself, do I plan to be active throughout my life? Does this sorority mean something important to me that I would want to get behind throughout my life? This may also help you as well.

Yes, all of the above replies are wonderful and offer you great advice. Just keep in mind that once you graduate and all your friends move on, you are still part of the sorority. This could offer you another angle to look at.

Thanks guys for all of your help and advice! Unfortunately my choice was made for me... I was only invited to one pref party, which I loved! Waiting in my room on bid day was the longest hour of my life... but my rho chi did not come! I am a proud new member of an NPC sorority and couldn't be happier! Thanks so much!
