But my whole point was that there was ONE Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez that has a connection to Casey Anthony's apt. complex. Yet Casey said it isn't the same Zenaida. If you claim you left your daughter w/ Zenaida the babysitter at such-and-such apts, yet you claim the ONLY Zenaida that was ever at those apts is the wrong one. Yeah, there is something wrong there.

I totally agree. I'm hispanic too, and grew up in S. Texas. I've never in my entire existance ever heard the name "Zenaida"
Like you, if I were trying to make up a hispanic sounding name I would have used Rosa or Maria or something like that.

My Sister-in-Law (one of them) is a Zenaida. My mother in law is NOT one for unique names.

Is she of central American heritage?
I am with T*P and epchick... living most of my life in Dallas, and working in a hospital where close to half of the patients were Hispanic (of Mexican heritage) I can't recall a single Zenaida ever.

I'm thinking that the name Zenaida might be more common among Cubans and Puerto Ricans, since I recall the FL police saying they had found a lot of "Zenaida"s in FL. If that's the case maybe that is why Casey said the name Zenaida, thinking it was a more popular name.
Although i'd still go with Maria. Its ridiculous how many Marias.

I think they are just taking their time on this one. Imagine if she is set free because of a possible double jeopardy?

I was JUST saying this to my mom back in Orlando tonight. I think the Police are really fed up with Casey by now but they are being careful about charging her for a crime if they don't have 100% solid proof. At the same time my heart really aches since there is a child missing.

wouldn't it only be double jeopardy if she is on trial? As far as I know (about double jeopardy) she can be arrested as many times as necessary. But once she's put on trial, that's her one and only chance.

Yes, that's what I meant. If they charge her with murder now, they only have so many days to capture all the necessary evidence they need before the trial. I believe they are hoping to find more substantial evidence before charging her.

I really can't stand the pic on the Orlando Sentinel website of a child holding a poster reading "How could you kill a baby like me?" WTF is the point of that??

The OCPD just released the interrogation tapes... She sounds a bit guilty to me!

Sadly, it looks as if her body may have been found, less than a quarter of a mile from her grandparents' house: Child's remains found near home of Caylee's grandparents.
What could this poor child have done, to deserve such a fate?

I'll never understand how a mother could kill her own child. That is, of course, if she's found guilty.
