I've been flipping out over:

Wyclef - Perfect Gentlemen
Beatnuts - Get dough
Louie Armstrong - I get ideas
The Slackers - and I wonder

Anyway - I'm not too sick of anything new-ish yet, although "Take it to the house" is somethin I hear every 10 minutes b/w friends and airplay . . . dammit

Right now, I am really digging that Missy Elliot song Get Ya Freak On. By the way, if you haven't bought it yet, get the latest Matchbox Twenty CD. It is so great, and those guys are awesome!

Hey Ex Greek. Weezer is one of my favorites too. I saw them at the Corporate Sell Out Tour this Spring. Did you get to see them? They were awesome. Hashpipe is my new favorite song!

No and I was just telling a buddy of mine, "when are they going on tour?" I hope they tour again sometime soon since I have never seen them live. That is on top of my must see concert lists.

Any Weezer fans around?

Oops, just noticed that Ex Greek and RedHotChiO are Weezer fans. If either of you read this can you tell me what you think of their new cd? thanks

I like their cd a lot. Of course I may be a bit impartial It is as good at the album with the sweater song, etc. but It isn't as good as their very first album. Still a good cd though.

Yeah, I hate to admit it, but I downloaded most of the songs off of the internet. So I didn't buy their latest cd, even though I have the whole thing on my comp. I rarely ever by cd's any more.

I must admit that I listen to bubblegum teenybopper pop and that my current fave group of the moment is Dream...my song of the moment is Miss You by Dream just coz I miss my ex...sigh...this will take time before it passes.

I also must say that Destiny's Child Writing's on the wall cd is better than Survivor. I only liked 3 songs off the new cd, compared to everything on the 2nd one.

I also like right now--
*"Sing" by Travis
* some new song by Sting
*"Hey Pretty" by Poe
*"When It's Over" by Sugar Ray
*"Here's to the Night" by Eve 6

I don't know why, but these days, I'm all about hard rock ballads...

For example--I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that new song by Stain (sp?? don't know how it's spelled)...titled "It's been Awhile"...you might know of the song, it keeps on going, "It's been awhile...blah blah blah...It's been awhile"

Their music is like Creed's, or Incibus's, or Fuel's...

And I really love the music that I posted in the other post (the one right before this one), too.
