I use good old Noxema. I started using it when I was like 12 because my older sister did. When I got older, I tried lots of different stuff (Clinique, Cetaphil, Neutrogena, etc) but it never worked out for me. If I stop using my Noxema for even a few days, my face gets all splotchy and broken out. Oh and I use Almay eye makeup remover.

Killarneyrose---- thanks for the info. ive been wanting to try something different. Maybe I'll give that a whirl. After a month of the same product, my hair gains immunity against the product. Yeah, definately time for a change.

I use ivory bar soap. Cheap. Efficiant.

I was graced with very healthy skin. Up until January that's all I ever used, and some moisturizer when I need it. In January I became a Avon rep. I bought some facial gel and a toner. I like them, but the gel doesn't work any better than my soap, so I probably won't repurchase. I like the toner, but like the gel, probably won't repurchase. I've just never needed that stuff before, I never have breakouts, so I've never really explored the whole skin care stuff. Just been satisfied with my Ivory.

I swear by:

MAC Green Gel cleanser (its sooo gentle and it really removes dirt, oil, makeup etc from your face)

Origins eye makeup remover - the really gentle one

Those little Biore nose strip thingies every so often to keep my pores clear(er)

I don't use moisturizer unless my skin needs it - it seems like the more stuff I use on my face, the more finicky my skin is

Almay makes these AMAZING pads that come in a jar...they're super cheap and take off waterproof mascara with 2 wipes, I swear to God. Good for the rest of the face too, smell good, don't make skin greasy.
An A for sure.

I just use Cetaphil... I have Almay eye makeup remover pads as well, but I never use them... too lazy, while I'm washing my face off with Cetaphil, I'll just use it to go over my eye region as well. I know a lot of people who use Cetaphil, and a lot of guys do too... I'll go into their bathrooms and be like awww we use the same face soap! My dermatologist recommended it so thats why I use it.

Now that I bumped this up, I guess I'll reply. I rediscovered pHisoderm last year and I love it so much. Also a big fan of eye-makeup removal pads. I've used different brands.

Oil of Olay Gentle Makeup and Oil remover cleanser (something like that anyway) or
St. Ives Apricot Scrub (Gentle formula)

and then i use Cetaphil moisturizer

I do nothing special for my skin, just cold water, no soap, and lotion. To get mascara off, I rub a little extra lotion around my eyes-use kleenex to wipe off the excess.

I use Maybelline oily eye makeup remover (my mascara's VERY stubborn!), then Clinque foaming face wash. At night, I use retinol-A (prescription), during the day, I use Clinique toner, then Estee Lauder moisturizer.

Question that will probably gag y'all: for years I used plain old peroxide instead of toner, and I'm beginning to think that it may have done a better job than the fancy stuff I'm currently using. Has anyone else used it?

Comment: my mama has gorgeous skin!! People will literally stop her in the street to ask her what she uses! The killer is, she's a firm believer that skin should never, ever be uncovered - she wears makeup to bed and moisturizes in the morning! I just hope I have her genes....

At night I use pond's cold cream, but just on my eyes since I wear mascara- but if I didnt wear mascara, I wouldnt use anything. Needless to say, I dont wash my face before I go to bed, just the pond's cream on my eyes!

In the morning, when I take a shower I wash my face with Noxema, and before I put my make-up I use Klaron- which has a moisturizer in it anyways.

I guess since I don't ever wear foundation, its not as bad that I don't wash my face at night.

After high school, I started breaking out on my chin, so I went to the dermatologist and he gave me some penicillin and the Klaron lotion. After my face (chin) started getting better I stopped taking the pills and just stuck with the lotion. For those of you that don't know, Klaron is AWESOME. I still use it to this day. I only use it once a day, before make-up and it is just a clear lotion you apply to your face, only a thin coat though.

I currently have the pond's eye makeup remover towellets and I feel they dont do as good of a job as just the ponds cream and toilet paper! Also, I bought the Noxema soap with lotion and I do not like it. I feel like I am washing my face with just that, lotion- doesnt feel like soap at all!!

ah, so much complicated stuff!
I've found that baby wipes are the best for removing makeup. That's all I use!
