That is a cute hair cut. My hair too is super super thick. Like you all I struggle to find cute hair styles for my hair. I see all these cute hair cuts and wish I could have them but then realize these people aren't cursed with thick hair either.
So how do you keep your hair from looking so thick, in the picture it doesn't look that thick?

keeping it short emphasizes the thickness, so by cutting it up, i have a variation in thickness through my hair...longer pieces and shorter pieces. Plus I avoid anything "thickening" or "volumizing", I don't really need it.

I just got my haircut just like that. I have extremely thick/curly hair. I was introduced to bangs and sometimes I flip it out in the bag and do a spiky do. Other times I just curl it in with my bangs to the side. My secret is my chi flat iron and once i'm done i put some gluey substance that keeps frizzy's away, but it stays soft. Which is good, because the humidity here is like always at 90%. So, for once in my life I love my hair.

yeah i have the curly wavy hair to go with the thickness too. i do the layers and the thinning also which tends to help, i am getting my hair done next week and am thinking its time for a change. i went in 2003 from it being down past my waist to above my shoulders cause i donated it to locks of love. but yeah if i don't keep layers in it WOW does it look dull and strange.
