No we don't have an "official" brother organization. No, I am not sure if a member of Kappa Alpha Psi assisted with the origin of my beloved sorority (I'd have to research this) but I can say this -- given the history of the United States at the time especially in a place like Indiana at a white university -- it is likely that we should share some kind of "bond". If that is what you want to call it.

I attended a small, predominantly white college in Ohio for 2 years in the early 80's and came back home to D.C. to finish my last 2 years because I couldn't take the difference. I wasn't used to going to all white stores with all white cashiers who didn't want to touch my hand while giving me change.

This was the 80's so I can't imagine what our founders were going through in the Mid-West during that particular time!!!!

That is the only reason why I think we could share any kind of "Indiana Love" thang. Let's just think about what our founders must have endured, brothers!!!

As for Professor, I don't like your comment here I was a proud Alpha Sweetheart back in the day, and like they told me then -- it's for life -- so I still claim it!!

I missed something. What did you not like about my comments. I questioned the relationship based on the comments of the SGRhos. Pherhaps, you did not read all the posts.

[/B] I thought this sister/brother subject was Squashed a long time ago...! Why is everyone so stuck on this? We all know the answers so why pull up old dirt that has been burried time and time again? I have love for all of the frats not just one in particular. Im sure thats how most of us think right...So why is it an arguement?

I'm a proud member of the Phirst Pham. I give luv to all sorors no matter the colors they luv, i address them as soror and they have always respected that. the bonds or my yard have always been the traditional ones.
the reason i believe the topic continues to come up is because each year new members join, and for them it's all new. but for the old heads all the questions have been settled

Phirst Pham PHorever

but much respect to

Coleman love
Indiana love
True blue love

peace

Well Im a neo spr 01. (a LOUD ear scarching) eeeeeeeeeeeeee-YIP to all my sorors . Anyway...Im a neo and im already sick of hearing this arguement in every messageboard I come across. Rather it be Nupes.com, bet, blackplanet or blaqcity its always a topic of questioning. When are we going to stop talking about things that doesnt matter. We as black greeks need to be more concerned with bringing the community together. That is what our founders wanted right?

Enough already I still luv you guys though...
