My roommate bought the DC CD Thursday and I talked about her so much because she spent her money on that CD. My actual words "You're going to spend your money on that garbage." Guess what I've been listening to all week-end. You got it, DC. The CD is pretty good with the exception of a few songs in the middle. Last night I fell asleep listening to Dangerously in Love and Brown Eyes.

Some of DC's stuff is addictive, me and my niece are jamming Bootylicious right now. (Bowing my head in shame) I didn't go buy it though, (broke college kid) I just Napstered the songs I liked. I do reccomend the Writings on the Wall though, I bought it and loved it. It was made in happier times..

I found this link to this little cartoon about yours truly, Beyonce. It's pretty funny. When you get the page, there will be a black box and the show should start up. Once it does, it'll give you 2 options: "Play Game" or "Watch Show"....click Watch Show. Enjoy!
p.s.--you gotta have sound!

LOL!
I'm cracking up at the part where she says, "There's me, that girl, and that other girl"

Great cartoon (and funny too). I think that it clearly give a notion of what other people may be feeling about Beyonce's Child----I mean Destiny's Child.
Hey, I wonder if they (Destiny's Child) ever read or hear what's said on the internet about them?

Ok I have talked to some folks in other chats and boards and they had me dyin!
At the Hot 97 concert where they got booed, Beyonce asked "would you boo god?" and the crowd started singing church songs.
A radio show defined the "jelly" in bootylicious as the pouch beyonce is forming.
The clock is tickin folks, lol

Destiny's Child came to a Houston high school once, one that is in the "hood" and they got booed there too.
I don't get it, they can SING, but is it their attitudes that get them booed or what?

My mother always told me that attitude is everything. It does not matter what you can do if your attitude is bad.

I haven't bought DC's album yet, but my friend has it and let me listen to it and that remake they did "Emotions"?? I think, is really tight. It shows off their vocals really well. But I think the whole Beyonce conspiracy has held this group back from reaching their full potential and I hate to say it, but I think their 15 minutes is about up.

DITTO, Ladycat, DITTO!!!!! And the fact that their being compared to DIANNA ROSS & THE SUPREMES is not due to their TALENT, but to all of the mess that's going on within that group.
