Actually, the Third United States Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) has the duty to guard the Tomb of the Unknowns. (Only the Tomb Platoon of Honor Guard company - the other companies perform ceremonial and burial details.)
Air Force Honor Guard is at Bolling AFB, Navy Honor Guard is at the Washington Navy Yard and the Marine Honor Guard is at Marine Corps HQ at Eighth and I Street SE in Washington.
