Poll: Which Non IFC/PHC GLOS have chapter Houses?

Iota Phi Theta has a house at University of Maryland College Park. Brown and gold door, trim, and everything, along with the cinderblock I-Phi in the yard I think it's great that they have a house, it was a pretty big deal at UMCP when they got it (first and only BGLO to get a house at Maryland).

They were most likely Alumni Chapter Houses. I believe that in NPHC organizations, it is more common for grad chapters to own properties such as houses for meetings and events.
