End of story right?
Sure enough, time passed and I eventually let her wear my shoes to her daughter's christening. Her plump butterball foot stretched out my shoes.

Moral of the story:
Don't buy $300 shoes you say? Wrong. The moral of the story is don't lend it if they can't or probably won't be able to replace/repair it.

The Dilemna:
They don't have a snug fit anymore. I'm pissed. I know my sister is going to end up with my fabulous footwear.
Sounds like your sister knew exactly what she was doing.

I hate to even tell anyone this, but it may brighten someone's day.

The other day after I had my car worked on, I noticed that one of my hubcaps was missing. (I was already home. I'm pretty sure I lost it on the highway or something.) Anyway, I was planning on going to St. Louis this weekend (I'm there now BTW) and I didn't want to go with a hubcap missing. My uncle who lives down the road from me has the exact same hubcaps on his car that he never drives. So....... Do I really need to finish this story?

Well I have a list a things people have asked me to borrow going back as far as high school, and I tend to give people what they ask I am just to nice!

I was in hair school in high school for one year and decided not to do the second year, my best friend decided to stay in for the second year but didn' want to buy a new uniform and nurses shoes so she asked to borrow mine (outfit and shoes), I stopped for a minute and said I wear a size 12 in clothes and a 7 1/2 in shoes you wear an size 8 both in clothes and shoes, she said so and I said I guess so.

I have had a friend as to borrow panyhose

shoes, purses, sweaters, socks, money non of which I ever got back

In college people asked to borrow food, iron, makeup, belts and clothes , hair stuff

Was she going to carry it all the way to her spot? She could just bring said food to your spot, cook, and eat.

LMAO!!!! No, she took it to a hotel so she could heat up some food she cooked. She was on a get-a-way with her boo. She didn't tell me in advance what she was using it for and I didn't ask any questions but I could have told her that most hotels come with microwaves in the rooms.

or at least downstairs in the lobby.

Sounds like she might have been heating up some freaky deaky stuff for her boo. I would have SANITIZED my microwave afterwards.

Update: I gave her the shoes for mother's day . It was oh so hard to say goodbye ... but she had the nerve to ask for the matching bag. I'm sweet but I'm not a sucker .

Thumbs down Asking for the Unthinkable...

There are some nasty people in the world but none nastier than this "friend" I once had.

All my friends know that my mother is an OB/GYN and most of the time if someone has a problem with anything they usually go to her. One day a friend of mine asked me if she could borrow a diaphram (think about it people). First of all I dont use those and secondly if i did, was she really gonna use it after me? I dont know but this girl had the nerve to get mad at me and has not talked to me since then (about 2 years ago) and now blames me cuz she got pregnant..

Is that ignorant or what???
Lemme Know
