I don't have a clue either. We were a local before Beta Theta Pi & Sigma Nu helped us petition to National Kappa Delta. Where could I find this information out?

There's only two on my charter. Our names were printed. Anyway, I don't consider myself a founding father. NOt in the strictest since. Mine was the last pledge class before iniation (Beta). There was one before mine (Alpha). So, the ones that didn't pledge?? Some graduated before instalation, they are founding fathers but aren't on the charter. I'm on the charter but not really a founding father.

My chapter, Delta Rho, had 10 charter members. My Kappa big sister's mother was one of them! Also, her mother's father was the architect for our house.

Alpha Iota chapter of Alpha Delta Pi had 20 founders (I think) back in 1920, from the Sororsis Society (which was founded in 1915?). We only had to memorize the one founder, Louise Hetherington.
I had the opportunity to meet with Miss Hetherington several times, and she was a real pistol! I told her that we had made quota, and she said, "You better!" with a laugh in her voice. She passed away about 5 years ago, and I felt quite blessed to have met her.

One of the requirements for us to get a charter is 55 members, so that means that we will have AT LEAST that many.

Beta Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Phi:
10 "original" founders, who were members of the local sorority that became Beta Epsilon. I am one of them We were initiated in April '95 as the Alpha new member class.
1 additional woman who joined us early in our new member period and was initiated with us as part of the Alpha class.
1 woman who joined us late in our new member period. She did her new member education over the summer and was initiated just before fall formal rush. She was considered part of the Beta new member class.
10 women who joined us during or just after fall formal rush and who were initiated in November '95 as the Beta new member class.
We were chartered immediately following the Beta class's initiation. All 22 of us signed the charter and are considered founders.

I have no idea. Too bad the house is closed for winter break and I can't get in to count the signatures on the charter.

The Eta Kappa Chapter of Delta Gamma received it's charter on Nov. 17th of this year (2002) and initiated 76 beautiful women!! I'm one of them!! Yay! Go DG. It's awesome to be in the colonizing class!

10...I'm number 1 Are Kevin and Tom the only other fraternity founders here? We should talk just to see how our colonies/chapters turned out and see if we ran into anything similar.

25 guys, and the President of that first class in 1948 is still our Alumni Corporation President. The guy's been involved with our chapter for 54 years. We have him to thank for us still being here.

LXA was an idea of one man Warren Cole and 3 others.
John "Jack" Mason, Samual Dyer, and Louis Robins.
Warren Cole was deactivated/resigned and was not mentionesd for years. But he has since been reinstated by International.
Long story!

We had 3 chapter founders (yay just like National!):
Maryann Pierce, Carolyn Free, and Amy Bown.
Maryann was a Delt Sig lil sis, and Carolyn and Amy were TKE lil sis's. If it wasn't for Delt Sigs and Tekes, we would never be!
