I'd argue the show Greek does a pretty good job of balancing out bad/good...I tell people honestly in many respects it isn't far off base from my undergrad experience.

Haha, I'm with you.
If you take away the fraternity aspect it would be along the lines of The Town or a lot of standard robbery movies. The nearly straight to DVD part is what makes me feel like the acting won't be on par with the compelling potential of the genre, but I generally like such films.
