Would anyone care to confirm the date (either the one I have or the one Epchick posted) for Alpha Phi? Perhaps someone that represents the Inter/national office? Please PM Me.

Alpha Omicron Pi was founded on January 2, 1897 - however Founders' Day is celebrated on or around December 8th due to most schools being on break on January 2nd and December 8 is one of our founder's birthday.
Regarding Delta Gamma, I would simply put Christmas 1873 (as it is very probable it wasn't exactly on Christmas Day). The year of when Founders' Day is celebrated is irrelevant because when the organization was actually founded is what gives the group its age.

Out here I've only every been to Founder's Day celebrations in February...probably because the 8th of Dec. falls right around finals for a lot of schools.

Here in WI we also have Founders' Day celebration in February - and I think MN has theirs in November. . .

Just some corrections to the list:
Kappa Alpha Theta January 27, 1870 (not 1867)
Delta Delta Delta November 27, 1888 (not 22nd - according to their website)
Alpha Omicron Pi January 2, 1897 (not June)
Those were the three that I spotted off the bat. . . .

I don't think Sigma Delta Tau is on the list. I think it's March 25, 1917, at Cornell University.

Yes, I meant calendar order (so people can go to the list and see which ones are coming up) as in:
ABC Founder's Day is Jaunary 2
DEF is January 19
GHI is February 3
And I did include the music greeks.

I think maybe you are splitting hairs, or confusing claims. Changing the organization's name doesn't mean changing the organization, nor (necessarily) does changing the scope of the organization. As far as I'm concerned, every organization gets to say when it considers itself to have been founded.
If people then want to get into an argument about who was first, well, then they can establish exactly what they mean by first (first to exist in some form, first to use Greek letters, first to be founded with the idea of being a national organization . . . ) and then go from there.
