I'm more used to pig pickin's that happen a month or so prior to the wedding to honor the couple. They tend to be fairly casual. But yeah, if it's the wedding weekend, it could certainly be dressier. Location can matter, too. I don't think I've ever been to a wedding-related pig pickin' that I would call "very dressy," but I wouldn't say it never happens.

And if it's east of Raleigh, it ain't "central" NC.
