His name was Jude and he was yummy.
Here's a bit of useless trivia: the actor who played Jude is actually British in real life. So his fake British accent was real while his real American accent was fake. Whatshername, who plays that s__t Julia is British as well and uses a fake American accent on the show. Also, Julian McMahon is an Australian with a fake American accent.
The kid who plays Dylan and Julia's son Matt; I think he's from some strange planet where everyone looks like Michael Jackson. Not sure if his accent is real or fake

I had no idea Nip/Tuck's cast was so universal. Julia and Christian have REALLY good fake American accents. Now that you mention it, I do think I remember reading somewhere that she was British.. I didn't have any idea Christian was Australian though!
And I completely agree about Matt looking like Michael Jackson. Is he still dating Julia (in real life)??

I guess he just "talks American" when he's working. He's definitely an Aussie; his late father was Prime Minister.

Yeah, "Julia" aka Joely Richardson is the daughter of Vanessa Redgrave who plays her mother on the show, and the sister of Natasha Richardson. All British. "Matt" aka John Hensley and Joely were dating for a while in real life, not sure if they still are.
So I finally watched the season premiere and last night's episode. I was afraid Christian was taking a trip to gay town, but thankfully I think he will stick to the chicks. I totally called some things in the episode last night. When Matt was at the gym and he saw the hot chick, as soon as they started panning from her feet up, I said, it's Kimber. I knew it. And as soon as she started talking about "the thing that she found that was better than therapy that totally changed her life," I was like, it's going to be scientology. Sure enough it was. Kind of ironic, given how Brooke Shields was in it. I loved how Christian went back to her office and she did the exact thing she was giving him crap for.
Julia is her usual whiney sniveling self. I mean, I guess she has a right because her baby is all messed up, but I'd like to see an episode where she isn't bawling her eyes out. And it's like, duh, Sean is a plastic surgeon, of course he will be able to fix the baby. It's TV, not real life, so everything will turn out fine and normal.
I give them 2 episodes and Matt and Kimber will be sleeping together, if not next episode.
My favorite line from last night was when Christian said to the stripper: "There's no pro bono for boning a pro."

I'm pretty convinced Julia and Sean are the worst parents ever. Flipping out on Annie for the doll thing instead of talking to her about it? And let's not even start on how bad they f**ked up Matt's life.
I watched it with 6 of my girl friends last night, we all think Matt and Kimber are gonna have sex eventually too.

I definitely think that Christian is going to explore homosexuality at some point during the season. They are not just going to bring it up in the first episode and not have him explore it. I thought he punched that guy out because he was too scared to go through with it. He was afraid of what might happen after the encounter. Just a thought.

If that happens, my Nip/Tuck watching days are over.

Christian Seriously, can we say abusive personality? Maybe that's been his character all along, since I haven't watched the 3 prior seasons. But I was disturbed during the Kimber season.
Kimber and Matt: still trying to figure out the back story here. It'd be interesting to see where this whole scientology thing goes.
Sanaa Lathan's character I want to know her story. Who the hell is that weird, scary lady and why was she given all that money???

Christian didn't have a great childhood, that's why he is the way he is. There is one thing this show feeds off of and that is surprise and controversy, so I'd bet money that Christian will do a guy REALLY soon. Maybe Mario Lopez(?) aka AC Slater from Saved By The Bell (who will show up later this season). There is also a sneak preview offered at the show's official website for next episode. I'm so going to watch it right now!
P.S. I'd also bet money that Christian only "experiments".
P.P.S. I can't believe the assistant is getting fired AGAIN [shown in next episode's TV preview after this Tues. show.] (she shouldn't have talked about what she saw in the garage, obviously something is up and you've got to keep yo' fool mouth shut!

Yeah, you really just need to rent seasons 1-3 in order to get where Christian is coming from. He and Kimber have a long and turbulent past, which ended in her leaving him. Matt is Christian's biological son. That's why Christian went to Kimber's house and laid the smackdown because he doesn't want her to get together with Matt.

No, I've understood that much about Kimber and Christian's relationship. But I'm looking at this from the perspective of something who hasn't seen too many episodes of the show. It was pretty surprising for the most part.
