There's some info about the murders and "haunting" on
Amityville FAQ which seems to take the stance that the Lutz family was in fact haunted.
The Amityville Murders site talks about how George Lutz made up the hauntings and has lots of info about the DeFeo murders. Court TV's True Crime Library also
has some info about the Lutzes and says that George's claims were way too far fetched for them to be an actual supernatural occurrence.
