Good for the school.
It's not so simple to just 'try and help' with outside services and sometimes I do believe the police need to be called in for help when it's clear a situation is out of control, as it appears it was in this case. This was probably not the first tantrum, nor the first time the mom thinks her "baby" was "set up". Glad they are trying to keep this child safe from her own actions, as well as keeping the safety of the teacher and other students in mind.
--now i have to get some rest so I can go teach 18 4&5yr olds tomorrow....
