To my place of employment I am so sick of this place!!!!! I am so sick of STUPID people!!!! I am so sick of LAZY co-workers - who are supposed to be management not doing their jobs!!! I am so sick of having a phone attached to the side of my ear!!!!! If I didn't have bills to pay I would not be here. In fact, if I knew I could quit and still get unemployement - I would!!! That's how much I HATE THIS PLACE!!! But don't worry, I'm going to be doing the least amount of work I can just to get by and when you least expect it, I WILL BE GONE!!!!!!!
To anyone considering customer service in a call center : DON'T!! Unless you want to be miserable for the rest of your life and spend 8 hrs stuck at a desk, listening to people complain about things that really don't matter!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! CALL CENTER WORK SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

I feel you sista!!!! I work for a bank and I am an Internet Banking Rep. and you wrote my open letter for me. I was just about to post the same thing.!!!! All I can say is Just breathe and know your true calling will surface and you can leave with you chin held high!!!!
