yeah, what's the deal with insurance for locals? are they imperative or can we get away with not paying any insurance? my girls and I are in the early stages of starting a local (it's sort of OK'd by the school, though the bureaucracy is ridiculous because the national PanHel of the recognized sororities is afraid of us taking from their potentials pool), but anyway we are planning on living off-campus, so would that even be an issue?
