Oh, dear. Thank heaven I was in summer school and everyone I knew wasn't there. I went out with another sister who might have had an even better time than I did. Things I remember about my 21st:
-2 men I had the HOTS for tending bar at Bar A and Bar B, and my sister calling hot man "B" when we got home
-Walking into bar "C" (our final destination) and seeing two girls I was friends with, sitting together. I was so amazed they knew each other!
-Drinking a shot, then asking "What was that?" The answer: Southern Comfort.
-The DJ (a very old friend) dedicating "I Want Your Sex" to me for my birthday. (Hey, it was the 80's)
-My friend Amy coming into the bar at midnight (her bday was the day after mine). That was the last thing I remembered.
Aftermath:
-Having a black & blue on the bridge of my nose the next day.
-Moaning in agony when my boyfriend (who had come up to see me) backed the car out of the driveway causing MOTION.
-Meeting a guy in class the second six weeks and him saying "Oh we've met before.....I played pool with you on your birthday." My thought...."I played pool on my birthday??"
Looking back over this...it's probably a good thing that particular sister and I are both relatively settled down and don't party together anymore.
