Insurance for Locals?

Trey going to a local Insurance agent, that is what my group did. We pay very little but we have the same coverage as most nationals, it would sky rocket if we had a house but that is one of the reasons why we don't. As far as alcohol coverage goes we just can't sell it or host it, it has to be a 3rd party vendor.

what is the insurance company that you use, my organization is currently looking for affordable fraternity insurance

We are insured through Kirklin which is one of the few affordable companies out there that will work with smaller orgs. Our Policy costs us about $3600 a year and it provides us the same things that national orgs get. We have 50 members spread through about 7 states with 3 active chapters.
