Thanks for the info. I also heard that initiation is a period of isolation for the pledges in some organizations. What happens if you have a job? Can you still work? or, should you not have a upon applying? I mean, will having a job appear (to the organization you're trying to become a member of)like you don't have enough time to give to the organization? Also, a friend of mine told me that she pledged a particular sorority but was not accepted due to the fact that she was a single mother. Do sororities frown on that issue?
