Usually, we do a dress-up thing for revealing, like a big and her lil will be m&m's, I was the Big Bad Wolf (but cuter!) to my big's Little Red Riding Hood, and etc.
This year, though, they did something to the effect of the bigs stood behind a black sheet of paper (or sheets, off the big rolls) and their feet were showing. They had on really cute socks that they'd decorated to look like alligators, chocolate-chip cookies, or whatever, and thier littles had matching socks. The littles lined up so that they were standing toe-to-toe with their bigs, and then everyone tore down the paper to see who they belonged to.
