This is the part I was referring to-- now how could someone run for recruitment for their chapter and then go an be a Rho Gam? They couldn't!! And what I mean by that is- since you made a commitment to your chapter to be in charge of recruitment, then you are not required to be a Rho Gam (at least that happened with me at Akron). How could a chapter run recruitment without the person in charge? My point was that since I was in charge of recruitment for ADPi-- PHC did not require me to be a Rho Gam!!
Lyrica-- Maybe you can check with the Panhellenic Council at your school and see the requirements. If Akron had a requirement that said I could not run for Recruitment for my chapter since I had to be a Rho Gam-- then I would have had to make a choice!! Especially since I ran for RVP after I was appointed to my position on Panhel!! But at Akron that was not the case and it was understood that I would be with my chapter during recruitment and not be a Rho Gam.
