sorry- eugenics theories fail when you look at humans at a genetic level. There is greater genetic difference within populations than between populations.
Summary: no genetic difference between races means no clear reason for persons of one race to be "superior" or "inferior" in anything (I could argue that Asian athletes are better by the way of Yao)
