Sistermadly, as far as I can tell the
complete issue is only available in print or as a premium online edition -- meaning you have to pay.
Maybe someone else has better information about accessing the issue.
When I clicked my way through the magazine's site, I was able to find a reference to the article on UNC Pembroke, but the link only showed the text of the first page. To get the whole article, looks like you have to pay or else buy the print issue. Sorry.

and then you can click on the picture of the bright orange cover of the newest "Best Colleges" paperback. It has info about the free online edition and the premium online edition.
