think non PC groups would (could) vote, but wasn't sure.
It would be interesting if others did get to vote. Many fraternity men might have family who are members or the particular groups presenting. For example, I have family members in two of the groups presenting and were I to vote, I
might be "biased" toward them. Or vote for the third just to keep peace in the family.
