Tau chapter closed at the end of the 1993-1994 school year, I think. I know it was still active that year, because some of my Alpha Phi Omega brothers were active members of Tau chapter.
Tau had a beautiful, fairly new house when it closed. Pi Kappa Phi is there now, but I don't know if they bought the house or if Sigma Kappa still owns it and is renting it to them. But you can go

The IU office of admissions is also a former Sigma Kappa house, the one they were in before they moved to their last house. This is the only picture of it I've been able to find online:
