I would really encourage you to contact your inter/national NPC delegate or your HQ for the scoop on the new NPC recruitment resolutions. All of the NPC delegations (the 3-4 alumnae officers of your inter/national GLO who are the official delegates to National Panhellenic Conference) are being trained on all of this exciting stuff. The officers of your own GLO are the best place to start for guidance and information, and that's why they're there!
It will take a lot of work and re-learning on our campuses, but I think these resolutions are several huge steps in the right direction of recognizing that campuses are not all the same and that some of our recruiting practices are not necessarily in tune with today's college women.
