No, there should be no guilt in having some fries on occasion, but c'mon, everyday is crazy. Plus, all these fad diets are also screwing up people's metabolic rates. There was a great article in USA Today either yesterday or today that spoke to the way people are eating in our country. It is sad, but the improvement will not come until we realize that there are no quick fixes. We need to be responsible for our own lives.
