They weren't able to give you your member number when you called? That would be my suggestion on being able to access the members only side. Otherwise you can "borrow" a sister's id and password to at least download a rec form from the site (or have someone with access download one and then send it to you).
And then have your parents forward your Key to you at school when it comes to them in September!
If you aren't able to get a rec form in time, for schools that have Recruitment right away you can just write a letter about the girl you're recommending. That way they can at least have a name to look out for. If you want, PM me and I can help you out.
