I think that every organization has their highs and lows, but yes, I know what you mean about losing interest. I have to say that for us it is all going really well- even when people do start to become less enthusiastic it is really just a phase and we are back on track in no time
) Bringing up new ideas or anything other than the same old material discussed in meetings/ different events with different people are some ways to spark interest again. Especially when you are just getting started it is easy to come up with new ideas b/c of allll the work and planning it requires.
