He is very straight forward and full of common sense. I liked him better in his earlier days, he seems to be getting a little more arrogant lately. Most of what he says is just common sense, but people need to hear it. My favorite was when he had single women who were intelligent and beautiful career women who didn't understand why they were still single. He asked one what she did in her free time and she said she goes home and watches TV. He said "So if a guy wants to meet you, he has to throw himself on your windshield while you're driving home?" It was hilarious, but true. His point was simply that she needs to get out of the house or she won't meet anybody!
