At my school, the program houses are required to have programs on issues "relevant to the community" such as eating disorders, date rape, and alcoholism.
I think, especially for graduating seniors and those looking for internships, that the resume-writing, interview techniques, and business dress sound really really cool. You could also do business etiquette. A skin-care thing, espech if you have an alum who is Mary Kay or Avon (and can do makeovers, etc., for a low price).
