At the high school where I teach, they managed to super glue shut the locks of 64 classrooms. The students thought it was funny, they thought they would get out of taking their finals. They ended up melting the glue with a welding torch. Nonetheless, we were stuck outside for over an hour waiting to get inside. This was a little too destructive for my tastes.
When I was in high school, we put dixie cups full of water all throughout the office. You have to dump out each individual cup before you can go outside. We also moved one teacher's classroom out to the quad. He was such a good sport, he held his classes there all day.
