Robert's Dairy has a processing plant in Des Moines and another small one in Iowa City. It helps!
I'm surprised the cattle back at the farm haven't staged a revolt yet.
Which reminds me, I need to have my parents bring down some more meat the next time they visit, we're running low on ground beef.
