Well that is taken care of with Membership Selection meetings sororities have...I know most have an adjective list they must stick too...anyway, Ole Miss had about 900+ PNMs this past fall and they are expecting 1000...these rush tools are so helpful from an adivser standpoint and I know our collegiate members love it as well. Also, it is very easy to register for recruitment online this way too, and they can even pay online! I know it costs tons of money, but it is well worth the money.
ETA: The PNM can not access the site to view other PNMs going through recruitment, only certain officers and adivser have access and then you can print what you want the chapter to see and put it in your Potential New Member Binder with pictures....
