Keep a cordless or cell phone with you too. Call 911 every time you see him. It will be hard for him to see inside your room if you keep your lights off in your room. Change up your routine.. maybe sleep in roommates room while she's out of town. Or on a couch. Is there someone who can stay with you this weekend?
Mace or pepper spray is a good idea too. If the neighbors can get a license plate on the car, that would be great. It could lead to finding out who he is and getting a restraining order or pressing charges.
