to answer your question aephi alum, there has to be interest on the campus and there has to be an alumnae chapter in the area to provide the technical assistance, support and guidence the interest have. Once DST Grand Chapter has approved the establishment of the chapter and membership, the new members must seek recognition from the univeristy.
