Honestly it is a wonderful experience. I remember back when I was an Alpha how much I wanted to help with recruitment. Then when fall came around again and I was a Delta I couldnt wait.
I always loved it, but I can see how some complain about it. It is such long hours, so much practice, so much going on. It can take a toll on some. Some people just dont have all that time to take out for it either.

Every year I loved it and was so excited about it. Its so great to see those people who could become your sisters and see it all come together. Great moment..
I also loved being a Rho Chi and getting to disaffiliate from my chapter to take the potentials around. I loved to be able to help them and to see how excited they were about the process too.
