All of my direct ancestors were in the U.S. when the holocaust happened. About 15 years ago, I met, for the first time, a cousin who survived the holocaust. Her parents did not. It makes you think.

The Holocaust should not be remembered because something bad happened to one group of people. The Holocaust should be remembered because it could happen again, and it could happen to any group of people.
