I definitely think it varies from campus to campus.
On my campus we have 6 NPC sororities, and we all get along just fine. We support each other's philanthropies, we support the chapters when sometimes things don't go right, and we even support each other during recruitment.
The fraternities on the other hand, may be a different story.
