Then you need to find a new meeting time or center that has a better leader. I had that problem when I did WW at work. The leader SUCKED. She lost 150+ pounds and taught the class like everybody had that much to lose and I just couldn't get with the little games she wanted to play during the meeting etc. She was just horrible. I also tried to go to a meeting around my old job and the meeting was filled with little old ladies! nobody my age. it was like geriatric WW
and the topics were geared to them. BOOOOORING.
You have to find something to motivate even if it's just setting mini goals. My first goal is to get my first 5 pound star. They didn't hand out stars when I did WW last time and I want my star dammit.
