What? You mean her constant nattering "I'm a lawyer" as a preface to everything she says isn't a clue of what she did in her former life?

She used to be an assistant DA in Illinois. I think. I also know she was the legal correspondent for the Today show for awhile, and she had her own courtroom show for a (mercifully) brief period of time.
