SURREY - A baby found face down in the water of a bathtub has died in Children's Hospital in Vancouver.

The 10-month-old Surrey infant was being bathed along with its two-year-old brother when the father - who is 17 - left the bathroom to throw out a diaper.

While he was gone the baby slipped under the water.

The baby's mom was not home at the time.

The RCMP say there is no evidence of negligence.

The Children's Ministry is investigating.

This is why I believe in Anti-Sex laws.

You know, not everybody who has sex has babies.

Seventeen is way too young to be a parent, but to be fair, this has happened to people who are much older and more experienced.

Well yes actually that is true. Thank you for mentioning it because it lends great credibility to everything I post here. It says nothing about having babies in the Constitution and therefore nobody should be allowed to do it.

That is what you get for engaging in sex when you know perfectly well that there should be an anti-sex law.
